Magnesium 3,000 contains 3,000 mgs (3 grams) of magnesium per 1 ounce serving. As reported in The Horse Journal (Nov. 1998), low magnesium levels may be a hidden problem in the sore muscle - tying-up syndrome. Total ration levels may require up to 6-8 grams of magnesium daily as nutritional support in the presence of tying-up or muscular cramping. Calcium/phosphorus levels and ratios are also very important.

DIRECTIONS FOR USE:
Adult Horses (900-1,100 lbs): Provide 1 ounce daily for maintenance. For working and/or performance horses provide 2-3 ounces daily on feed.
